Table of contents

1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you provide to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. This may include:

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment data. If you choose to subscribe, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never store, see, or transmit your full payment instrument data. Stripe's privacy notice is at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Services, including log/usage data (IP address, browser type, OS, timestamps) and anonymized error reports (error type, location in code, timestamp — with personally identifying data such as driver names stripped before transmission).

Data captured locally inside the Chrome extension

The LOADFlow PRO Chrome extension reads data already loaded into your browser when you visit Amazon Relay (such as invoice data, dispute data, and Trips History). This data is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB.

This data is not transmitted to our backend except when you explicitly click "Get Excel," at which point an assembled statement payload is sent to our Excel rendering service. We may retain a copy of the assembled statement payload on our backend to support service operation, troubleshooting, analytics, and the development of future features. See Section 6 for retention details.

2. How do we process your information?

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

3. What legal bases do we rely on?

The legal bases on which we rely include consent, performance of a contract (to provide the Services you have subscribed to), legitimate interests (security monitoring, error diagnosis), and legal obligations.

4. When and with whom do we share information?

We share information in these specific situations:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Is your information transferred internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States (Amazon Web Services, US East region). If you access the Services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US.

6. How long do we keep your information?

Account information

We retain account-level information — carrier name, ID, SCAC, contact email, subscription status, and billing history — while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes. When you cancel, we deactivate your account and stop further billing immediately.

Operational and transactional data

Operational data captured by the Service or transmitted to our backend (invoice records, dispute records, load records, driver records, statement payloads, error logs) may be retained on our backend for as long as necessary to support service operation, troubleshooting, analytics, fraud prevention, the development of future features, and compliance with legal obligations. This data may be retained beyond the cancellation of your account.

Your right to request deletion

You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

No. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a child, please contact us at [email protected].

8. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, or certain US states), you may have rights including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

Account information

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time via the LOADFlow PRO extension's Settings tab, Stripe's Billing Portal (accessible from Settings), or by emailing [email protected].

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that requires us to respond, we will update this Privacy Notice.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional rights under your state data protection law.
